Permitted use The Agency shall use CVs received from AttractSpider solely for the purpose of endeavoring to locate suitable employment on behalf of Candidates, once the candidates full permission has been sought to do so. Notification of Candidates The Agency agrees that it shall contact Candidates and obtain the express consent of the Candidate before distributing CVs onto a Potential Employer. Use of candidate information The Agency agrees that it shall keep confidential all personal details included within CVs. The Agency specifically agreed that it shall not use contact information (including e-mail addresses) of Candidates obtained from AttractSpider to communicate with Candidates other than for the purposes of communicating with them with respect to opportunities with specific Potential Employers. Other prohibited uses

The Agency specifically agrees, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, that it shall not distribute CVs to any other recruitment agency or to any party offering an online recruitment information or CV database service.

 

 

Regulatory compliance The Agency agrees to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applying to the Agency's processing and use of CVs, and of information contained within Job Postings, including (without limitation) obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 or equivalent local legislation. Suitability for employment The Agency shall obtain from the Candidate all information about the Candidate's qualifications and experience necessary for determining whether the Candidate is suitable for employment, and shall ascertain that the Candidate has such qualifications as are required by law.

The Agency shall ensure that the Candidate is fully aware of any conditions imposed by law, which must be satisfied by the Candidate, and that any employment resulting thereafter shall be legal.

Young people less than eighteen The Agency agrees not to employ, or make arrangements to employ, a young person (being a person under the age of 18) who is attending, or has ceased to attend school, unless the Agency has made all such enquiries as are reasonably practicable for the purposes of ascertaining that the young person has received vocational advice. Employment of workers from abroad The Agency will obtain at least two character references from suitable persons, not being relatives of the Candidate but being resident or based in the vicinity of the normal place of residence of the Candidate, in respect of any Candidate applying for a job in the United Kingdom where the Candidate is resident outside the United Kingdom and will comply with all relevant legislation. Records The Agency agrees to keep a written record of all job applications, for a period of not less than one year from the date of employment or, where no employment results, from the date the job application is rejected. Security The Agency agrees to keep secure any password used to gain access to the AttractSpider site, and not to disclose such password except to its employees making use of the Services in the course of their employment.

 

 

Payment options are as follows:-

Late payment

If any payment is not made within thirty (30) days of the due date, AttractSpider shall be entitled to charge interest on such overdue payment at the rate of four per cent (4%) above the base rate from time to time of Natwest Bank plc. We reserver the right to suspend the account until payments are brough up to date if payment is not resolved 30 days from freezing of the account, the account will be terminated. AttractSpider does not guarantee to keep any information pertaining to user logins, password and such information for defaulting customers.

VAT

Except where expressly stated, all charges are exclusive of value added tax which shall be payable by the Agency at the rate in force from time to time.

 

 

AttractSpider offers its search engine technology on an "as is" basis. AttractSpider distributes information supplied by third parties and provides Internet links and references gathered automatically.

Therefore, you should not assume that any materials identified, located or obtained through the use of AttractSpider are error-free. That a search will return accurate, reliable, timely, correct, useful or complete results. That your use of the service will be uninterrupted. AttractSpider reserves the right to add and delete sources at any time and without notice. AttractSpider reserves the right to change the pricing of its services at any time without notice.
