1. Why use AttractSpider?
Answer:
AttractSpider provides you with state-of-the-aregion companies daily and report these back to our users on demand.
Vacancies may be found by Type, Location, Skill and/or Industry sector. Vacancies may also be implied, predicted or assumed from the information on companies that we retrieved.
For example, use AttractSpider’s ‘Press Releases’ searching tool in the ‘Search Centre’ to scour for companies news releases that are announcing hiring needs or profits and you will get the picture. Alternately, you may simply wish to search e-mail contents for the word ‘interview’.
2. Is it legal?
Answer:
Yes.
AttractSpider only searches the World Wide Web, all information retrieved is public access data.
We specifically prohibit you to use the data found for CVs and Passive Candidates without their expressed permission. Similarly, we do not enter individuals into our database of CVs and People also without their expressed permission.
3. Why do you work only with Recruiters?
Answer:
We simply like to work with what we know.
4. Will you ever change your policy on working only with Recruiters?
Answer:
We see no reason why we should; there are other services for Recruiters that offer similar products to ours to Recruiters and their Clients simultaneously.
There must be some in the world that only offer their services to the Clients, but we are committed to enhancing the role of the Recruiter and simply giving you greater and greater advantages we think we can create a win, win relationship for Recruiters and AttractSpider by taking this stance
5. How much does it cost?
Answer:
There is a price calculator on the site, link to get a quote, but our pricing policy is simple. We charge a fixed fee per user, per month. This price reduces as the number of licenses you buy per month increases the bill is paid for monthly by direct debit for our low volume users and by return invoice for all others.
6. Will the people I find want to change jobs?
Answer:
From the trends we have observed from AttractSpider's competitors the answer is almost certainly yes, and if the answer is no then people seem to be prepared to offer you an alternative. Maybe its because the e-culture is so informal or maybe its because the style of approach is new and fresh.
The answer, however really lies in your hands, if you have a decent vacancy there should be no reason why the people registered in our database, or found from the web would not be interested in hearing from you.
7. Can I download your database and cancel my contract?
Answer:
Yes, by giving 3 months notice.
However, the amount of storage you would need could be prohibitive and to keep the data up to date is a full time job. In addition we find nearly 80,000 new CV's daily and 250,000 people daily we hold data on more than 200,000 live jobs daily. So you would be behind your competitors from the first day you did not have access to AttractSpider.
